Easy to install

It can be installed on many types of building structures; wood or steel frame, concrete blocs or insulated form pannels.

Self-supported

They are mechanically fastened to furring strip or wood veneer, no need for a stone/brick ledge on the fondation. This enables Novabrik to be self-supported, ideal to replace wood, vinyl or aluminum siding.

No mortar needed

All mortar mix inconveniences are avoided. Novabrik can be installed in winter conditions without extra costs. No color variation, no mortar joint height variation and more important, you can install as many rows as you can as you don’t need to wait for mortar to set.

Easy & Simple to Install

Novabrik is a veneer brick. The bricks are stacked one on top of each other, similar to Lego.

No need to screw each brick.

Novabrik are mechanically fastened to building structure with screws every 4th course.

1. Wall preparation;

Building structure according to local building codes. Standard installed house wrap. Install 1”X 4” furring fasten over building studs structures.

2. Starter Strip and Corner Track installation;

At each corner, install with screws Corner Track level and plumb. At the base of the wall, install Novabrik Starter Strip with level. Once leveled Starter Strip with screws at every furring strips.

3. Stack and Screw;

Install Novabrik Outside Corner on Corner Tracks, pre-drill hole in each corner and secure with screws and glue. Stack first Novabrik row on the Starter Strip.

Drill a hole with masonry bit to each Novabrik in front of furring strips (normally every 16” C/C) and secure with 2 ½” non-corrosive #10 or #8 screw.

For second row, cut Novabrik in half to get the half bond when you stack second row on top of first row.

NO NEED TO FASTEN THE SECOND – THIRD AND FOURTH ROW.
